There’s no actual harem. The emperor turns into a doggo, a puppyo, and the MC is the empress (who he hated). It’s a tiny bit angsty, features some puppy abuse :(, but for the most part, it’s about the emperor turning into a lovesick fool/puppy for the MC when he realizes her real personality.
